"apt-get update" twice, once without "-y", one with ?

hello !

I just used your project and it worked perfect -- didn't have to change anything (well, of course my settings, and adapted to my need).

Just, in the Dockerfile you have

RUN apt-get update \
    && apt-get install -y cron bash wget certbot \
    && apt-get update -y \
    && ...

I'm wondering if it's not an (innocuous) typo to have two apt-get update ? The first one seems enough, but it would be better to have a -y ? Or did you wan to run apt-get upgrade instead ?
