Handle scientists and engineers

My suggestion: for non-soldiers remove everything except:

• name
• removal button
• stats

Maybe even make some of sort of event so that other mods can modify what panels should be shown for individual units

Add event to suppress intro animation

The following needs to be skipped:

• Camera fly in
• Soldiers walk up
• UI animation

CHL template slot GetDisplayNameFn delegate is ignored for large slots.

rjSquadSelect_UpdateData event doesn't fire when removing a unit

Get rid of the `bDirty` flag

It was there in vanilla to optimize some of the UpdateData code, but regularly causes issues for some mods. We should probably remove it and unconditionally use the entirety of UpdateData.

Allow configuring AP button behavior

Right now this always takes the player to the AWC. lwotc needs a way to make my squad select open the standard promotion screen that is changed to NPSBD using a HL event instead of a MCO (so this mod should route through HQPres). Best way to fix this is a config option AlwaysRouteAPButtonThroughHQPres.

Add additional information boxes per slot on top of it

And add hook for other mods to configure them. The messages need to show even when slot is empty (on top of giant "select soldier" button)

For example, for WOTCStrategyOverhaul/CovertInfiltration we will need:

• Negates risk: xyz
• Requires class: Reaper

Controller unequip screen has different options than M+KB UINavHelp

Should the controller popup have the same options as the M+KB UINavHelp? Should we go back to Armor/Weapon/Item unequip?

Removing people doesn't trigger CanLaunchMission check

This means that the launch button remains green, even though that may no longer be the case (e.g. XComGameState_MissionSite::CanLaunchMission may now forbid it). Therefore, clicking on the green button will not do anything

Controller: (X) to open item upgrade screen only works for primary weapons
