New test issue (actual issue!)

Expected behavior
Pangsworth should operate off of cache as if it has an online connection to the game API

Actual behavior
The app hangs in some places when I load it when I'm offline.

To Reproduce

  1. Disable internet connection
  2. Open Pangsworth
  3. Try and navigate all data view tabs

Additional context
Specifically, the quests tab never loads, see screenshots.
