Maintainer handover

I couldn't find any similar package but it's been long time since it was maintained.
You can handover the maintainer role to me if you don't mind or I can copy-paste it without keeping initial history and will add your repo as a source of inspiration :)

Hello! Based on your work, I redevelop this module fitting Ansible guidelines and Continuous Integration quality standards so it is maintainable. To achieve this, a full refacto with required.

As no PR is ever merged in this tree of forks and my repo diverged too much from yours, I recreated it from scratch.

I'm using it as a testing brick for my Ansible roles so I plan to maintain it in time.

As the Ansible guidelines ask for all Ansible's modules, it is copyrighted under GPLv3+.

You are obviously mentioned in the credits.

If you do not intend to maintain this repo, I invite you to mention my new one in your readme and archive it

Any chance you could update the license? As it stands the actual module appears to be GPLv3 but the status of the rest of the repo is unclear ("Not yet ..."). Cheers.

fyi i've made a few things work with the latest vagrant, python-vagrant, and ansible in my fork. not fully tested but working on it.

doc issue: vagrant-python is (now?) python-vagrant

I don't know if it changed behind your back, but in the requirements section it has the wrong name for the python-vagrant package.
