'roomNotFound' template doesn't exist

The default template for 404 routes in the config points to the 'roomNotFound' template which doesn't exist. Going to a url like rocket.chat/1 gives an error that the template isn't found.

Language options

O forked your project and will be create two branchs: spanish-language and italian-language to be able add to more languages.

It's ok this way? I pull request after that.

This definitely increases user engagement and satisfaction, at least at my workplace. It'd be really nice to have this.

Keep removing old messages from the DOM, until user scrolls up again.

After a while with Rocket.Chat open the messages you receive are kept on DOM, which start lagging the whole UI.

We need to use something like https://github.com/bvaughn/react-virtualized or https://github.com/clauderic/react-tiny-virtual-list so we keep the DOM small as possible.

It looks great so far!

I played around with it a bit and i was not able to select the emoji when clicking on the list - you have to use arrow keys and enter.

Minor things. But at the end it counts :)
