Serde deserialize (and maybe serialize) implementation for shunting?

Hey! This looks like a super cool collection of libraries and is just what I need for parsing some math expressions.

I think I could probably write some Serde implementations at some point and just was wondering if that's in-scope for this library. If so, I can hopefully open a PR for it sometime!

No documentation for handling the empty string

I am using this crate for a project I am building, but I have some trouble. I was building a simple example of a context free grammar, but I ran into a problem: there is no obvious way to build a grammar which has an epsilon as a rule.

I found a few problems with copying the example. The first was the arg reading told me the input didnt live long enough. I fought with it for a while and lost. I hard coded my example in to a string. The second is it would be nice to see lexers. I know its in the cargo file. maybe adding extern crate lexers;?

I am running rustc 1.47.0-nightly (6c8927b0c 2020-07-26) 2018 edition.
