Change message options input

Message options and YesNo Questions are requested using Console.ReadLine(). Change to Console.ReadKey().

Change options values from numbers to char too.
Ex.:
N - Next message
C - Commit
S - Save message
K - Print Key
V - Print Value
H - Print Headers (NEW!)
E - Exit

Add test option for connections and schema registries

Ex.:
kafkai connection test -n <CONNECTION_NAME>
kafkai schema-registry test -n <SCHEMA_REGISTRY>

Add documentation in README

Enrich consumer result with Timestamp

• headers (maybe in Message options)

Add option to assign partitions for a specific datetime

Add option to save password encrypted in profiles

Problem

It's common to save DEV passwords as plain text. Devs used to share this profiles in a squad. But for PRD profiles is dangerous keep passwords plain text.

Sugestion

Provide to user a option to save encrypted password in moment of profile registration.
