Unable to use custom svgoOptions

Describe the bug

In the plugin settings we can set params for svgoOptions:

sveltekitSprite({
  svgoOptions: {
    presetDefault: true,
    ... other option here
  },
}),

My, for example, look like this:

sveltekitSprite({
  svgoOptions: {
        multipass: true,
        plugins: [
          'preset-default',
          'convertStyleToAttrs',
          { name: 'removeAttrs', params: { attrs: '(fill|stroke)' } }
        ]
      }
}),

And here is the problem: Custom options will never use to compile svg-sprite. It's happens because in index.mjs on line:97 we can see this:

  svgoOptions = { ...svgoOptions, ...mandatorySvgoOptions };

So mandatorySvgoOptions.plugins will always rewrite svgoOptions.plugins. And user like me will not be able to manage the compiling svgo-process.

The sprite is not saved when building the project

Injection is not updated

In my lib/sprite/ folder i deleted 1 file (search2.svg) and changed search.svg file code. After that i restarted app in dev mode, but nothing has changed in inline injection in a browser.
