10 digit 3DS and Wii U support

This tool fails to work on Wii U and some 3DS system that use 10 digit because 
any Enquiry number exceeding 8 digits the software reverts to 99999999 if this 
can be fixed and the parental unlocked actually uses the 10 digits to generate 
the unlock code it should work.

Error: "Invalid URI: URI is empty" when trying to create 3d videos from youtube

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Input video url, such as "KNtCa-QeJQU"
2. Click GO
3. That's it.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect it to work, instead I get an error box.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I've tried it with multiple urls, non of them worked.
Even reinstalled .net framework

Cannot extract RomFS on huge file roms over 1.5GB

CRC Error or Corrupt Save File

I'm not sure what's expected as I'm trying out the program for the first time.

"Error: CRC Error or Corrupt Save File."

Uhmm.. I guess my question is this: should this be working if I took the save 
from the folders created from a downloaded game (in this case, New Super Mario 
Bros. 2), or do I have to use a dumping program to properly extract the game 
image/save files?

System.InvalidCastException was thrown when using Mono Runtime

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Compiling and Debug with MonoDevelop ver.3.03
2. the app is crashed and throw System.InvalidCastException;

It says frmExplorer.Designer.cs has some trouble.

MonoDevelop ver.3.03 is unstable distribution.

Saving ROMFS doesn't work

There is a mistake in the code that causes an incorrect offset to be calculated.

Can't open any files

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Opening either a TMD, SAV, BIN or MPO will result in an error screen.
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
For the TMD, when I open it I get this message:
"Error: Error opening the TMD file. may be corrupt."

For the SAV, when I open it I get this message:
"Error: CRC Error or Corrupt Save File."

For the BIN, when I open it I get this message:
"Error: CRC Error or Corrupt Save File." (Same as SAV)

For the MPO, when I open it I get this message:
"Error: Error in Opening file: TypedRefrences cannot be redefined as 
primitives."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using v1.5.3.0 on Windows 7.

Please provide any additional information below.
These tested files are both from my own 3DS SD card and from the TestFiles.rar 
file on this website.

Error auto-coding from youtube

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. auto download and recode a 3d video from youtube

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I was expecting an avi file, but I get an error:
"%directory%left.avi not such file or directory"
Tried normally and running it as admin, and the directory already exists.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.0.0 with the latest ffmpeg, w7-64 ultimate sp1

10 digit parental inquiry number

What steps will reproduce the problem?

i thought that using the parental reset tool would not care if the inquiry 
number i gave was 10 digit or 8 digit but i guess it only accepts 8 digit 
number. so now i can't use the tool because my 3ds gives me a 10 digit inquiry 
number. it looks like this 10697 55390

The program will now terminate.
