Make it boot 

Manage the initialization process correctly to actually show something on
the UART (step out "Booting the kernel...")

IRQ Timer handling 

Setup correctly the IRQ for the TIMER and set the system timer to TIMER0,
check how to implement multiple interrupts source -> one line interrupt

IRQ enable? 

Sometimes the IRQ's arent enabled, maybe at the third boot it works
correctly, weird.
