RGLUEANN

RGLUEANN provides an R implementation of the coupling between general likelihood uncertainty estimation (GLUE) and artificial neural networks (ANN).

To install:

  • there is no major release yet
  • to install version 0.2.0: install_github("rogiersbart/[email protected]")
  • to install the latest development version: install_github("rogiersbart/RGLUEANN")
  • the function install_github is part of the devtools package, available on CRAN
