Lottery system using Smart contracts

Users can enter lottery with ETH based on a USD fee: uses chainlink oracles
An admin will choose when the lottery is over: uses openzepplin for ownership security
The lottery will choose who the winner is randomly: uses chainlink VRF contract to generate psuedo random number
Use brownie to test and execute contracts
Uses etherscan api to verify contracts
Compatible with rinkeby, kovan and mainnet-fork
