cv2 version mismatch

Hi!

I wanted to install asb module today but pip gives me following error message:

The conflict is caused by:
asb 0.3 depends on opencv-python==4.1.2.30
asb 0.2 depends on opencv-python==4.1.2.30
asb 0.1 depends on opencv-python==4.1.2.30

To fix this you could try to:

1. loosen the range of package versions you've specified
2. remove package versions to allow pip attempt to solve the dependency conflict
