Message threading

Truncate message to remove copied reply info

Similar to what gmail does, maybe have a link to expand out to see what the message is in reply to

Ignore email addresses

We don't want all senders to be considered leads forever, so we need a system for ignoring specific email addresses (or regex/wildcard matches) from displaying in the lead board.

I envisioned this working similar to a .gitignore with an × button that automagically adds that email to the ignore list.

This will need to coordinate with the teams concept from #2

Indicate status of lead response

We need some way to tell who requires a response and who has already been responded to.

Don't display both the html and plaintext of the message

This is happening because all of the parts in multipart messages are being concatted together. See https://github.com/RokkinCat/rokkincrm/blob/master/models/user.rb#L35

Everyone can see everyone's issues

We need a way to provision access to specific accounts.

@Gregadeaux had mentioned wanting to introduce the concept of teams to the system then having all of us get defaulted to the RokkinCat team.

My suggestion would be to also include email invites in order to allow access to those teams, but that might be overkill in the short term.

Assign a client to a user

Allow assigning of a user to an email address. This probably also requires a filter for just leads that current_user is assigned to.
