Handle projects with multiple source files

A severe limitation right now is that the only supported projects are those with a single .adb file.

This restriction needs to be lifted ASAP.

Play nicely with accesses to local variables.

For now, all accesses are assumed to be on heap allocated objects. This means that some assumptions are made inside access visitors, for example that they have a header. This won't work if the access is taken on a stack-allocated object.

Handle generics

Bodies cannot be moved when enclosing package does not itself have a body

Invalid transformations for temporaries in case expressions, short-circuiting expressions, etc.

E.g.

In A and then B, with temporaries that need to be stored explicitly, we would get:

t0 := A;
t1 := B;
... t0 and then t1

which is clearly wrong.

Same problem for if-expressions and case-expressions. Maybe others?

Transformed program is not robust to user-code exceptions

Currently, this kind of calls are inserted in the transformed program:

GC.Push_X (...)
<user-code>
GC.Pop_X (...)

However, this is not robust to exception being triggered by user-code: GC.Pop_X would end up not being be called.
