ROS2 Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL) for Flir Pan Tilt Units (PTUs) D46 and similar.
This is a port of ROS package flir_ptu_driver. The driver code has been kept original, with the exception of debug logs, which were stripped down.
Refer to PTU interfaces package (https://github.com/lapo5/ROS2-PTU_Interfaces.git).
Acceleration support will help to avoid vibrations caused by impulsive motions, in particular during target tracking and scanning.
