Website Content Additions

We need to add a basic partners section on the main page where we can add different partner logos. This should go on the main page at the bottom, above the footer. At some point we can move this to its own separate page but for now I believe the strongest impact would be to include it on the front page.

Also, we need to add a branding page where other institutions can access our branding materials.

Possibly, this may necessitate a new logo design segment in the near future, but a simple solution for now is fine.

Integrating the logo into rooch's overview icon (draft)

Logo will be rainbow colored (including letters "Rooch"), with all colors softly and spaciously intertwined.

Logo keeps growing up, each line has its certain color, at the end of line will be "App" or "Chain". These letters should have the same color as line but a little bit lighter, brighter. (it maybe some certain projects' names)

The icon won't just be in document only. I think it should be put on our official website's home page someday.

The docs need to do some work for the beautiful slug.
We need to use a router config for the docs to make it keep the original URL and keep the file prefix.
