Clicking through to next section should return to top

When going through the interview, there are "Previous & next buttons that the bottom of each section of questions. When a user clicks on "Next Section" it should return the scroll point to the top of the questions list.

Interview results not being processed/parsed

I am not totally clear on what I should be experiencing, but I am able to fill out the interview questions. There is a button on the right side.

I click it and go to an answer summary sheet:

I probably answered about 80% of the questions, but it says here that I answered none of them. If I click on "Go Back To Interview" my answers are still there. Of note? It says that the section with the most engagement was Sales and Pricing. I think that was probably the section with the fewest answers submitted.
