pre-release tests failing: is not a package name nor a repository name

from jenkins_tools.

Here's a recent console output. It looks like building and testing the package itself probably worked.

The failure comes when it tries to test the dependencies (I doubt there are any at this point).

Yeah, it's more correctly assigned to jenkins_scripts.
