New notification goal

Hi Tommy,
as i'm trying to get away from telegram i want to ask if it's possible to implement an other goal for the notification service? I was thinking about Signal or Threema as possible alternatives.

Push Notifications via Telegram are not working

Config worked until now. Errormessage from the Tester:
