Switch to rST instead of markdown

Currently the Markdown used is kramdown (sort of). Need to switch to rST and use that from now on. The rST converter is already installed into the _plugins directory, and after checking the syntax in all md files, we should only need to rename(?) the files and add the rST converter to _config.yml.

Add Shareto Buttons

Add "share to" buttons for at least Wordpress.com, Twitter & Facebook.

Update README to explain how to build and test-serve locally

Convert to rST at the same time?

Create INSTALL file to remind me of how to set things up

Remember jekyll install, and notes about html-proofer (for travis).

Remove traces of HTTrack

The Fusion site was recreated locally using HTTrack. Need to remove all traces for a tidy site.

Include output of Gramps NavWeb report

Need to check the privacy settings and then work out how to include the Navweb output of Gramps in the Jekyll website so that it can be linked to. Remember to record the Gramps settings and document the workflow.

Create TODO file

Need to:

• workout how to push to hosting provider
• document the process in README

Replace the 1st blog with a real entry

The only blog entry is the standard one from the default Jekyll theme. Replace it with a real announcement of the new website.

Include copyright for Navweb report

Include references to the Copyright information that is included in the Navweb report output from Gramps.

Move to a prettier Jekyll theme

The original theme from the old Fusion site is complicated!
