General Description

ToM - Time-off Manager is a web application that manages the leaves within a company divided in departments with hierarchical structure.

User Roles

  • Management Representant
  • IT Representant
  • Simple employee

IT Representant

Responsible for maintaining the application and solving issues addressed by other users.

Management Representant

Creates accounts for other users an confirm/deny holiday requests. In case a manager that coordinates a group of people requests a leave, he or she needs to appoint another manager to resolve the group's leave requests in that period.

Simple employee

Simply requests holidays, waiting for the approval of a manager.
