Missing step in slack setup

Nice integration! I've just started trying it out, and I ran into a couple speedbumps:

1. Due to a lack of experience with slack apps, I was perplexed as to why the team config was failing when I ran /lunchshuffle start. Turns out I had installed it in my team incorrectly (from the api.slack.com dashboard as opposed to the login endpoint the app provides). This one's mostly on me. Might be nice to have some troubleshooting points in the README.
2. You should mention the need to add the /buttons endpoint to Interactive Components in the Slack App config.

As for a nice-to-have, it would be great if this had a one-click deploy button for heroku. Could use this https://elements.heroku.com/addons/mongolab for the mongodb requirement.
