fallback icons don't display properly

the system for getting server information while rendering the forum layout is kind of rubbish ... coz when you get the avatar for a user, and it errors, the cached user info for that user has its icon set to the fallback, but it only applies to avatars with images chosen after the fact. so if the image fails to load after everything has loaded then the images will remain 404ed and the fallback wont display

unable to install on firefox from 1.1.1 zip file

hi!
when trying to install the latest version of IM++ (that being 1.1.1 at this time), firefox throws a generic "this addon seems to be corrupt" error. when testing the file in firefox's debugging tool, it states that the manifest is invalid.
could this be possibly fixed in the future?
