Broken in iOS 7.1.2?

Greets allmighty master, many thanks for your amazing tweaks/tools for the iOS ecosystem.

Since taking multiple devices (iPad3,4 & 4,1; iPhone 4,1 & 6,1) to 7.1.2 with the Pangu jailbreak, this fantastic tweak does not work for me. I am selecting both Chrome and unchecked to prompt, neither has an effect and Safari still defaults for links.

Am I alone in this issue or is it a known bug in dev?

Broken in ios8?

I tried opening a link from a text, and it still goes to Safari. Is there any chance of an update?

Incompatibility with AppDesTages

If you do not choose a default browser in order to get asked every time you will run into trouble with AppDesTages (I guess similar apps as well, e.g. AppDesAbends, FreeAppADay).
Those apps try to open a website temporarily to access a certain app in the app store. When doing this, the choose-the-browser-dialog is shown for a few milliseconds, but then vanishes. However, the grayed-out overlay-dialog will stay irreversibly. The only way to get rid of it is to hard reset your phone.

Doesn't work in iOS 8

Just installed this tweak in iOS 8. I get the options under "Settings" but the tweak itself doesn't work.

I saw there were already adjustments for ios versions 5/6 and 7.

Can someone please add compatibility for the latest iOS 8 release?

Doesn't work at all in iOS 6

The system is behaving as if BrowserChooser were not installed at all no matter if you select a certain browser in settings or leave it without selection

No effect in iOS7

Tweak as no effect in iOS7.

Opera Mini infinite loop

Opera Mini uses Safari to display non-HTML-content it's not able to show, e.g. PDFs or videos.
If you select Opera Mini to be your default browser you'll thus run into a situation where it tries to open sth. in Safari, but instead - since BrowserChooser tells it to use Opera - opens a new tab, which in turn will try to open in Safari again.
You'll end up in an infinite loop of tabs opening one after another.
