Could you add examples of using.

Where are the tests?

I see theres one file https://github.com/rsc/c2go/blob/master/cc/print_test.go with some very basic expression tests. Where are the rest of the regression tests?

Declaring a variable in a for loop

This code produces a syntax error:

for (int i = 0; i<42; i++) {
    /* ... */
}

Such replacement works, but it's definitely uncomfortable to do manually:

int i;
for (i = 0; i<42; i++) {
    /* ... */
}

Would you mind to add a little introduction or examples?

Run with path error

When I run in linux, I got a mac path error?

localtime.c:2: #include <stdio.h>: open /Users/rsc/g/go/include/stdio.h: no such file or directory

Maybe a README.md file is needed for beginers.
