Getting js error when running demo

When I run the demo application (http://localhost:3000/mdx/builder) I am getting the following error:

ReferenceError: Highcharts is not defined

Highcharts.setOptions({

Accessing measures

How would I access the measures defined in the demo schema, e.g. to display them in a menu?

Getting Empty Measures

I have successfully created a connection with JDBC postgres adapter on top of Rails 4.2.3 - When I run queries I get empty measures.. but the dimensions are retrieved correctly.
