Migrate to helm

The vision for chatbots per customer requires the ability to more dynamically specify services based on customer configuration. Look at helm spec for this project

Logging

Need a core logging library and logging at info and debug levels throughout codebase

Collect logs for mlops

Chat server needs to log information for every chat to enable improvements. Information should include

• collection used
• time of call
• pages referenced (maybe page contents?)
• question asked
• prompt used
• model used

Responses should have a guid, as should the chat session and we should expose a feedback endpoint for integration into the chat app

Create read only user for chat server

Create a script that can be run through compose or alternative that creates a django user to be provided to the chat server

Expand Chat Server to support chatGPT config

Chatbot model in customer_management needs to be expanded.

Chatbot server needs to be expanded to contain a dictionary of supported configurations and appropriate factory for obtaining based on customer management input.

Need to expand handler to at least include imagery and pdfs (pdfs being most important)
