Make it possible to change -Scope

When using the functions it should be possible to add -Scope AllUsers and -Scope CurrentUser

Need to refactor all of the code

Function to allow the user to create a schedule task in macOS, Linux or Windows to run this module with selected parameters.

Change order

Change order how it update and removes old modules.

1. Check if module need update
2. Update module
3. Repeat on all modules that are installed
4. Remove all old modules

When reporting back that all older versions are uninstalled it say the wrong version no of the new version
