fonction pour l'agrégation les "States"

Actuellement, les zones dans les études ANTARES ne correspondent pas forcément aux régions.

Voilà un exemple de carte avec spMaps et AntaresViz

On voit qu'il y'a des zones non colorées en Italie, Norvège, Suède et Danemark.

L'utilisateur a par exemple coupé l'Italie en 6 zones au lieu des 16 régions.

Voilà le schéma ANTARES

Pourrait-on avoir une fonction qui agrège (ou fusionne) les "states" ?

Pourrait-on avoir des box dans l'application correspondantes aux arguments de cette fonction ?

Quels pays concernés ? Quels régions fusionnées ?

Please remove dependencies on **rgdal**, **rgeos**, and/or **maptools**

This package depends on (depends, imports or suggests) raster and one or more of the retiring packages rgdal, rgeos or maptools (https://r-spatial.org/r/2022/04/12/evolution.html, https://r-spatial.org/r/2022/12/14/evolution2.html). Since raster 3.6.3, all use of external FOSS library functionality has been transferred to terra, making the retiring packages very likely redundant. It would help greatly if you could remove dependencies on the retiring packages as soon as possible.
