Hi,
I tested it using wtdbg2 -t 1, but not hanged.
$> wtdbg2 -h

...Please tell me which commit in wtdbg2 have you downloaded?

Ahh, I am using 2.1 installed through conda.

I see, there used to have a BUG in bufferedwriter in previous commit, fixed in 2.2.
I will release 2.2 after finish the improvement of consensus module.
