No release for v03++

Just noticed update and screenshot was showing a new gui and v03++, but latest release is v03+.

Was wondering if you could you release v03++

CLI with Directories not working

Hello @Rus3545 , I know you're not the original developer, so not sure if you could troubleshoot or fix.

The GUI works with folders, but I seem to be unable to use the command line to create or apply a folder patch (.bpm). CLI does work with files.

Command Used:
beat.exe -create -delta -p patch.bpm -o ResultDir OrigDir
or
beat.exe -apply -p gui_created_patch.bpm -o NewPatchedDir OrigDir

Folders are in same directory as beat.

I have also tried the original beat, it is what I used first. Then when the cli didn't work for it, I looked for an update and found your revision.

I would like to use this with the command line and I have not been able to find any other tool that allows use of folders, could handle 2.5gb files, and/or create a decent size patch.

-Edit - Recently (just to see) tried with linux and the cli seems to work for both creating and applying, but unfortunately I need for windows.
