preventeing "optimized away" case

The API has to prevent the case that the static assets are "optimized away".
This can happen, if a library using the qrc system is included statically. It happens because the qrc system uses side effects when globally initializing a object to register the resources with Qt. Because there are no references to the library/code unit from the program, the compiler can assume that the code is unneeded and optimize it away.

In Qt people using a qrc resource have to include the QT_INIT_RESOURCES(<name>) macro "some where" in their code (normally it's placed in the top of main()).

This library intends to provide a build dependency, so that other rust libraries can use them, so this macro is not a possibility. Another way has to be provided instead.

(Also btw. for some reason it works without it, even with profile.release.lto = true. But I fear it just happens to work, without any guarantees)

License LGPLv3 and rust

Firstly currently there is no code in this repo the current licensing is not "wrong".

But then Qt is GPLv3/LGPLv3 license, so I might have to use this licenses.
On the other side this repo does not link to qt, and it only "uses" some
of the by Qt provided commands, but neither deriving from them or shipping/including them,
so it might not be nessesary.

Have to check it out before publishing code ;)

(the main point is that it only will use interfaces like provided by the Qt Tools, which are not cannot be protected by copyright in the EU [but than who says that github won't store this outside of the EU effictifly "exporting it" :=( ] )
