Please add a LICENSE file to this repo

Adding an MIT LICENSE to this repo would enable others to use your 'svg' package.
Alternatively, if you just added the single "genericlexer.go" file to the "svg" repo, that would resolve the issue as well.

No license assignment

Hi,
We want to use user github.com/rustyoz/svg package for parsing svg files, we saw that the svg is using the genericlexer package as a dependency but there is no license assigned here.
Can you please add license to as part of this repo so we can make sure that all the projects dependencies has a proper license?
