Console Error

Locker Adjustments

Assess lockers (insert known locker numbers) and adjust the door, hinge, and latch as needed to open and close 5/5 times
If adjustment does not resolve the issue, replace the lock, and test again
Open all doors to ensure they are opening and closing properly. Assess and adjust any additional doors that are not functioning as expected.
Check Overall Levelling of each locker bank, and adjust as needed.

Templates are moving to a new step by step style.

Door

Network

Check the incoming internet line connected to the router for connectivity using a laptop with an ethernet connection.
If that connection fails, test with a different ethernet cable to the wall connection
If connection is live, reboot the router, and note the lights. Contact LuxerOne support to troubleshoot further.

generateCrm

Just like generateScope (#6 ) but instead outputs proper parts for crm task

Lock

Door Strike Wiring

Check that the wires from the doorstrike are connected tightly in the correct position
Furthest from the power cable, and center port for standard strike
Closest to the power, and central for a maglock
