Need to add email to the QR code

Gary had a great idea. I'm going to print a sheet of these on a normal Avery template. Then we'll just hand them out when needed.

CSV tested

I can't test the printing of course, but it appears to accept the CSV text. The last entry shows on the Canvas correctly. QR code tests correctly.

Let's ship the dymo and labels. PM me with OTR later and I'll give you my cc info to pay for overnight shipping (or 2-day :P)

QR data format

first name = 18 char
last name = 25 chars
title = 60 chars
company = 60 chars
email = 60 chars

Drupal Means Business labels

The DMB folks will have a much smaller badglet. I'm only doing the ID data on one panel, instead of two. Would be great if we could print these two up to minimize waste.

The layout of the ID information and QR code won't change, the only difference is that these are 1-up, not 2-up.
