npm install stuck

Tried npm install multiple times... It always get stuck after downloading 80-90%

Improve README

On globalizejs/globalize#459 (comment) @johnnyreilly has made a couple of questions which basically shows we need improvements for:

• Emphasize that the postinstall hook (.bowerrc) is required before one runs bower install. #5
• Clarify Usage.
