generate.py improvements

I want to improve the generation of titles from generate.py. Right now it is just working based on the trigram model.

This issue thread is for any ideas that come to mind

sitescraper.py improvements

I want to create the ability to tell sitescraper.py a page to start from, that way I can more easily update the hoyatitles.txt file in the future.

New titles, .json

The new titles from 2019 are not added to the counts.pkl file yet.

I also would like to think about using .json instead of .pkl to store the counts
