Thanks for your code but I suggest a more easy to run script

I'm a little upset to find out the script given in your readme.md dose not run directly, because transfer learning part dose not save checkpoint, thus the finetuning part start from random init.

I've wasted several hours waiting to see the results, It would be faster if I wrote my code instead of using yours.
