no colour

The HTML generated is the right one

<pre><code class="lang-cpp">// comment
int function ( const char * ) 
{
   return 42;
}

But there are simply no colors. NOTE: exactly the same issue is happening with the JetPack markdown block.

Please advise?

Theme CSS for pre conflicting with editor

This is happening in the 2013 WP theme, but would likely happen in other themes as well.

Since the editor is using pre and code tags, the theme CSS is affecting how it looks. Best would probably be to best to have a custom CSS sheet loaded editor side to override anything the theme might be doing.

Editor Toolbar

Are there any plans on adding the editor toolbar as seen on the SimpleMDE examples? Or is there a way to run the plugin without the toolbar and status bar disabled?
