Solarized+ Light - highlight in code cell invisible

Hi.

Thank you for a very nice theme! One item I'm struggling with - highlighting. I am using Jupyter Notebook in VS Code on MacBook Pro. Here is a rendered markdown cell with highlighting - see the blue:

Now here is a code cell in which I highlighted the PyTorch
import section:

If you look carefully you will see lighter "blocks" at the end of the lines, but the nice blue highlight that I would expect is not there - I can't see what is highlighted. Anything I can do?

In a straight-up python file, I get a very nice highlight as would be expected:

That exact format / color highlight would be simply wonderful in the Jupyter Notebook code cell.

Semantic Highlighting

thanks for great theme! I tried all solarized-dark themes for vscode and your is the best 😎

Any plans to support semantic highlighting?

Open source builds of VS Code on some Linux distribution use Open VSX instead of VS marketplace to install extensions: https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/67780

Any chance you could upload this extension to Open VSX?
