Server security.

It's easy to find out the server's IP address via bot. Just pass it any website that defines your IP address. (for instance, 2ip.ru)

Adult content.

The bot doesn't check if there is adult content on target website's page. It might be a problem in the future because it violates Telegram rules. (pornography distribution)

IP address RegEx isn't accurate.

The title says about the problem itself. Regular expression that currently being used isn't accurate. It says that there are IP addresses on a webpage but there aren't. (for instance, news.com)

Waiting message shouldn't appear.

If you disable an option 'sendPhoto' (turns it to false) when 'sendDocument' & 'fullPage' are enabled, you shouldn't get a waiting message 'service.image_too_long' since a user already knows that he's going to receive a file and that he chose full-page screenshot.
