Problem with Revoice - Cant speachh , not clear with noises

guys , i have problem with ReVoice , when players talk has some speech noise and dont clear...
its not matter if its steam/non-steam the problem its for all players on my server

im add pack off Rehlds+amxx+metamod+meta modules , im using...
so ur can see what im installing..

where are the official stuff?

i know there's the code but i cannot compile it so. where do you publish the official binary? and are there any official thread for information/discuss/support?

API request

Can I request some kind of API to control Player muting and to be able to hook (a forward for example) playerspeak?

Communication issue

Hi,

Today I got some error message to my server log and the voice communication does not work:

Can you explain what is the problem and can you fix this problem?

Revoice is not working after last rehlds update [3.9.0.752]

[Question] Give more details about revoice.

I'm curiosity what is the different between revoice and voicetranscoder?
All i know both has the same goal to make enable voicechat between steam and nosteam.
Is there any other features that revoice has? which one is stable to use on server?
