Drivers.zip and Middlewares.zip are broken

I have issues with usb running on stm32f070. Basically, dfu mode under boot0 = 1 working properly, but any usb code doesn’t work under normal lunch with boot0 = 0.
I have found your project of usb dongle on GitHub, flashed your image under dfu, and finnaly I got working virtual com port.
Than I’ve tried to find any difference in code, nothing critical. To be sure, I just copy over yours usb* files, nothing.
As well I’ve tried stm32ide with all automatic generated code and latest updates from ST.
So now, I’m thinking that problem is hided somewhere in HAL or USB library and I wanted to compare file by file them with what you have used, but zips in your repo are broken.
Can you try find that version of HAL and USB library and send to me?
Did you change anything in them?
