callstatusdashboard's Issues

“Use Legacy Swift Language Version” (SWIFT_VERSION) is required to be configured correctly for targets which use Swift.

Was getting this error when trying to build via the workspace in Xcode after installing the pods:

“Use Legacy Swift Language Version” (SWIFT_VERSION) is required to be configured correctly for targets which use Swift. Use the [Edit > Convert > To Current Swift Syntax…] menu to choose a Swift version or use the Build Settings editor to configure the build setting directly.

Info can be found here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/38446097/xcode-8-beta-3-use-legacy-swift-issue

I've been solving this issue by adding the following to my Podfile:

post_install do |installer|
  installer.pods_project.targets.each do |target|
    target.build_configurations.each do |config|
      config.build_settings['SWIFT_VERSION'] = '3.0'
    end
  end
end

Client requires an Account SID and Auth Token set explicitly or via the TWILIO_ACCOUNT_SID and TWILIO_AUTH_TOKEN environment variables

Got towards the end of the iOS tutorial where you're running makeCall.js and the twilio package was throwing the following error :

Client requires an Account SID and Auth Token set explicitly or via the TWILIO_ACCOUNT_SID and TWILIO_AUTH_TOKEN environment variables

Rather than set the env vars via the command line I just changed the twilio client creation code in makeCall.js:

const client = require('twilio')('ACCOUNT_SID', 'AUTH_TOKEN');

I only went through the iOS tutorial so not sure if I'm missing something here but thought I'd open this as the iOS tutorial doesn't mention anything about properly initializing the twilio module in node.

Would be happy to submit a quick PR if you'd like to fix this thanks.
