Handle email delivery exceptions.

Currently the application just prints whatever exceptions (SES error message, for example) at the user. Users deserve better error messages that that! And the exceptions should be logged.

Auth: add support for Google credentials.

To begin with, try to support signing up and signing in with Google creds -- assuming that most people do have this. Other systems (OpenId, OAuth) also could be supported eventually, but this should be enough for starters.

Add `remember me` option in login form.

Seems that Yesod doesn't do this out of the box at present (See yesodweb/yesod#1170). This would be a nice enhancement.

Make verification invalid when user is already signed in with a different account

This can happen if someone who already has an account and is logged in is trying to follow a verification link. That is... meaningless.

Disable sidebar on account verification page.

The sidebar makes the page look awkward when an unverified user is signed in, and opens a verification URL.

Add API for getting/posting past blood sugar levels.

Add /api/v0/sugar/add and /api/v0/sugar/get handlers.

Disable "You are now logged in" message

This is emitted by onLogin function from Yesod.Auth.Email; we don't need this.
