Requried Library not Included in requirements.txt

After running

pip3 -r requirements.txt

it installed two libraries and I then did

python3 cloud_interface.py

I then get this error

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'pyAesCrypt'

Here is some info on my setup

Python 3.8.10
Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS x86_64
5.15.0-76-generic
Shell: zsh 5.8
