Add more timeframes to flash loan totals

Currently, the FlashLoan info for each token only shows total cumulative volume.

Now that there is a small but consistent flow of flash loans, I'd like to see the 1 day/week/etc breakdown of FlashLoan totals alongside the all-time total.

Obviously not useful for a lot of the markets, but would be awesome for ETH and DAI, at the minimum.

maybe some word could be added that the user understands that that % is not interest rate but the division of utilisation of the rates :slight_smile:

Monitor fees yet to be collected

every borrow() call create a fee of 0,25% of the _amount borrowed.

listening to borrow() events, subtracting the fees already collected by repay() calls and adding the fees of flashloans()

Can provide a clear picture of fees collected by the protocol and how much LEND will eventually be burnt.
