It only mentions Ivan.

Nowadays we typically only mention "Salesforce.com and contributors".

Sample App: Sample Code snippet imports SalesforceDesignSystem: it should import DesignSystem

Add feature to allow users to specify opacity value when requesting icons

Is it possible to allow users to specify the opacity value when requesting icons from this repository? This would be extremely useful.

Local gulp not found

When running npm start, this message occurs.

Temporary workaround: npm install gulp.

Ideally gulp would appear in the devDependencies of package.json.

Add license headers to all files

Update to SLDS 2.0.1 (Summer ’16)

SLDS 2.0.1 (Summer ’16) is out, using these versions of the tokens and icons:

    "@salesforce-ux/design-tokens": "3.1.2",
    "@salesforce-ux/icons": "3.5.1",

Fix dependencies with latest @salesforce-ux/design-system package

package.json still references the design-system-internal repository which is not for public consumption.

SLDSFontSizeType members not working

This is from the sample app and also our own app is affected by this.

Design-tokens dependency is deprecated (use npm package instead)

In package.json, the dependency should point to the actual npm package (@salesforce-ux/design-tokens) instead of the git repository.
