I've fought long and hard with this test. It usually passes.
From what I remember, the TCK makes the subscriber request(Long.MAX), which makes it all the way to the gRPC service. The gRPC service starts producing like crazy, which gets buffered up during the gRPC -> Rx transition on the server side. On rare occasions, the buffer overflows, causing Queue is full error.
I could never get this issue to reproduce locally.

This test now appears to be consistently failing in Travis CI. π
